I am always available for online consultations and therapy. But here are some things to let you know about to ensure our safety for face-to-face work during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, as extra precautions are needed:
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, if anyone else in your household is in self isolation due to exposure of the virus or if you have recently returned from abroad and should be in quarantine, then we can arrange an alternative online meeting or reschedule.
Our room will be cleaned thoroughly and surfaces wiped prior to your session. Whilst we want to be warm, I will try to make sure the room has some ventilation and fresh air if possible.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start time, as there is no waiting area.
Whilst masks can be worn on arrival, I would not expect them to be worn during our sessions – we will maintain social distancing.
